Who We Are
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on Java back-end development and AWS infrastructure management. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable microservices while also provisioning, automating, and securing our cloud environments. You will bridge the gap between software engineering and cloud operations, playing a critical role in maintaining our AWS infrastructure and supporting our continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
What You'll Be Doing
- Java & API Development: Design, build, and maintain robust microservices using Java and the Spring Boot framework
- Architect and develop secure, high-performance REST APIs to support core business functions
- AWS Cloud Provisioning: Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure aligned with technical and business requirements
- Handle day-to-day AWS operations, including resource permission management and software upgrades
- Infrastructure Automation: Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, primarily Terraform, to automate infrastructure setup, deployment, and configuration processes
- DevSecOps & Platform Security: Embed security best practices directly into the DevOps workflow
- Continuously monitor and fortify the platform to ensure vulnerabilities are minimized and compliance standards are met
- System Integration:
Lead and support integration activities between our core platforms and enterprise systems, specifically focusing on Salesforce integrations
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams (Scrum and Kanban) to deliver high-quality software
What You'll Bring Along
- Software Development: Proven experience in Java development with a deep understanding of microservices architecture and the Spring Boot framework
- API Design: Strong background in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs
- Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS, including infrastructure provisioning, IAM/permission management, and Kubernetes (EKS) administration
- Automation: Proficiency in writing and maintaining Terraform scripts for infrastructure automation
- Security: Solid understanding of cloud security principles and experience integrating security into the CI/CD pipeline
- Methodology: Accustomed to working in fast-paced Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban frameworks
- JavaScript Experience: Proficiency in modern
- JavaScript to support, maintain, and enhance our customer portal front-end
- Salesforce Development: Prior experience with Salesforce development, APEX, or deep knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns
