ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliTake overall responsibility for accounting accuracy, financial reporting and monthly, quarterly and annual closing. /liliReview key accounting entries, reconciliations, accruals, provisions and financial statements. /liliEnsure compliance with Italian accounting, VAT, tax and statutory requirements. /liliLead the preparation of annual statutory financial statements and manage external audits. /liliCoordinate external accountants, tax advisors, auditors and other financial partners. /liliLead budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis. /liliAnalyse revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability and key financial variances. /liliMonitor cash flow, working capital, accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial risks. /liliReview and improve internal financial controls, approval procedures and Finance processes. /liliIdentify accounting, tax and financial risks and ensure timely corrective actions. /liliLead and develop the local Finance function and ensure the quality and timeliness of Finance deliverables. /liliProvide financial analysis and recommendations to support key business decisions.



/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. /liliMinimum 10 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting. /liliPrevious experience as CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance or Senior Finance Manager. /liliStrong knowledge of Italian accounting principles, VAT, taxation and statutory reporting. /liliSolid experience in financial closing, statutory financial statements and audit management. /liliStrong experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial analysis. /liliStrong hands-on accounting and financial review capabilities. /liliAbility to independently identify financial risks and drive issues through to resolution. /liliExperience in a multinational or international company is strongly preferred. /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. /liliHigh level of ownership, accuracy and attention to detail. /liliFluent Italian and professional English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
