ph3Overview /h3 pJob Title: Project Manager /p pLocation: NAS Sigonella /p pScope: Acts as the single point of contact for the Government with full contract authority. /p h3Duties /h3 ul liDirects and coordinates all BOS functions to meet performance objectives. /li liOversees daily execution across all annexes ensuring resources are allocated and performance remains on schedule. /li liMaintains direct communication with the KO/COR for contract matters. /li liManages staffing, training, and work assignment of all contractor personnel. /li liEnsures prompt resolution of government concerns and trouble calls. /li liOversees subcontractor performance and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. /li liImplements management systems for scheduling, reporting, and cost control. /li liDevelops corrective action plans when performance deficiencies are identified. /li liProvides continuity during phase-in, mobilization, and contingency operations. /li /ul h3Mandatory Experience Certifications /h3 ul liAt least five years of experience managing a workforce on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity. /li /ul h3Preferred / Desirable Certifications /h3 ul liPMP (Project Management Professional). /li liEquivalent program management certification. /li /ul h3Disclaimer /h3 pThe responsibilities and qualifications outlined above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by those in this position.
