pYou know what great electrical BIM talent actually looks like. Now help us build the system that finds it. We’re looking for a senior electrical BIM/VDC professional to help build and lead the technical side of a specialized recruiting service for U.S. electrical contractors. This starts as a paid four-week fractional project (10–20 hours/week) , with the potential to grow into an ongoing fractional or full-time leadership role. Location: Fully Remote /ph3Your Mission /h3ulliDefine technical requirements for electrical BIM modelers, senior coordinators and team leads. /liliTrain recruiters on BIM/VDC terminology, software, project types and relevant experience. /liliBuild résumé and portfolio screening standards. /liliDevelop technical interview questions, evaluation criteria and scorecards. /liliDesign a practical Revit/Navisworks candidate assessment . /liliReview portfolios and interview shortlisted candidates. /liliGrade technical assessments and calibrate candidate quality. /liliHelp establish market-based compensation benchmarks. /liliIdentify the first 3–5 candidates who are ready to confidently present to U.S. electrical contractors. /liliHelp create a repeatable technical recruiting process that can scale. /li /ulh3Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful /h3h3Must have:
/h3ulli7+ years of BIM/VDC experience. /liliStrong electrical or MEP specialization. /liliAdvanced proficiency with Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage . /liliCommercial or industrial construction experience. /liliExperience supporting U.S., Canadian, Australian or UK projects . /liliExperience reviewing, training or managing BIM modelers. /liliStrong English communication skills. /liliA sharp understanding of the difference between design modeling and construction-ready coordination/detailing . /li /ulh3Strongly preferred: /h3ulliExperience with a BIM outsourcing company. /liliU.S. electrical-contractor experience. /liliData center, hospital or advanced manufacturing experience. /liliExperience creating technical hiring assessments. /liliClient-facing coordination experience. /liliAutodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360 or Bluebeam experience. /li /ulh3Why Adaptive Teams ? /h3pAt Adaptive Teams , we don’t just fill positions – we create pathways to success.
