From resolving complex IT challenges to supporting users with their technology needs, we put our people first. /ppStart your journey with Excis and grow with us! /ph3What You’ll Do: /h3ullibL2 Desktop Support: /b Provide second-level desktop support remotely and onsite, responding to end-user incidents and service requests and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. /lilibHardware, Software Network Troubleshooting: /b Resolve hardware, software, and network issues involving Windows, MS Office, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, workstations, peripherals, and other authorized end-user devices. /lilibTicket SLA Management: /b Manage service tickets within agreed SLAs, ensuring accurate updates, appropriate prioritization, timely resolution, and proper escalation when required. /lilibWorkstation Installation Configuration: /b Install, configure, and maintain workstations and end-user devices, ensuring systems are properly set up and ready for business use. /lilibSystem Updates Infrastructure Support: /b Support system updates, software installations, security patches, and basic infrastructure-related activities to maintain a stable and secure IT environment. /lilibDocumentation Knowledge Management: /b Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and resolutions accurately and contribute to the IT knowledge base to support consistent service delivery. /lilibL3 Escalation: /b Identify and escalated complex or unresolved technical issues to L3 support teams, providing detailed troubleshooting information and relevant documentation to facilitate efficient resolution. /li /ulh3What You Need: /h3ullibIT Support Experience: /b Minimum of 1 year of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk environments at L1/L2 level, with practical experience troubleshooting end-user technical issues. /lilibDesktop Application Knowledge: /b Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support. /lilibNetworking Knowledge: /b Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. /lilibLanguage Skills: /b Local language proficiency at bC1 level or higher (certified) /b and bEnglish at B2 level or higher (certified) /b. /lilibWork Authorization: /b Valid and unrestricted work authorization for Italy. bVisa sponsorship is not provided. /b /lilibOnsite Availability: /b Willingness and ability to work b100% onsite /b at the designated client location in Italy. /lilibAvailability: /b Immediate availability is preferred, or availability to start within a maximum of b2 weeks /b. /li /ulh3Why Join Us? /h3pAt Excis, your work matters.
