p pWe are seeking a proactive and structured bFacility and Compliance Manager /b to ensure efficient facility operations, project delivery, and compliance with applicable regulations and aviation standards. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liLead and manage a team with direct reporting to the Managing Director /li liResponsible for facility management, including infrastructure, space planning, and coordination with airport authorities, suppliers, and stakeholders /li liOversee expansion and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with applicable aviation regulations, standards,and company requirements. Coordinate activities with Headquarters,supervise local projects,and manage related assets and facility /li liLeads special projects, supports development and ensures discipline.Plans tasks,allocates resources,and monitors project timelines /li liManages company compliance topics, including training, reporting, whistleblowing,



and participation in Supervisory Board (Law 231).Ensure compliance with applicable requirements and coordinate reporting to HQ /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEducation: High school diploma required. University degree and/or Master’s degree desirable. Fluent in English and Italian required. Other languages are a plus. /li liTechnical Skills: Expert computer proficiency required, including MS Office and AMOS. /li liProfessional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the aeronautical sector required. /li liStress management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging situations. /li liTeamwork: Strong teamworking and collaboration skills. /li liMultitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. /li liAdaptability: Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments. /li liCommunication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. /li /ul bItalian citizenship or valid authorization to reside and work in Italy /b /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
