pJoin our team and play a key role in supporting employees involved in global business activities! You will coordinate travel arrangements, manage travel-related administration, and collaborate with colleagues across multiple functions as well as external partners worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity to build expertise in travel coordination, reporting, and employee support in an international industrial environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage monthly timesheet processing and working-hour reporting for travelling field employees through SAP /liliReview and process expense claims, travel costs, and related reporting in cooperation with Finance and Controlling /liliCoordinate travel arrangements, visa applications, passport requests, rental cars, and corporate credit cards /liliSupport new hires during onboarding by collecting documentation, updating employee records, and providing travel-related guidance /liliAssist employees during business trips and help resolve travel-related issues when they arise /li /ulh3Expectations /h3ulliDegree in Languages, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field /liliExperience in administration, travel arrangements, employee support, or similar roles /liliKnowledge of SAP is considered an advantage /liliStrong communication skills /liliProficiency in both Italian and English /liliOrganized, proactive, and able to manage problems with accuracy and timeliness /liliEnjoy working collaboratively and providing responsive support to colleagues /li /ulpSuccess in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide responsive support to employees working globally.
