The coordinator will also assist in proofing the design work of fellow associates. The team will work closely with teams in U.S., Thailand and Germany to acquire label data and ensure labels comply with all regulatory specifications. The team member will be embedded in the process of ensuring the portfolio of products are available to customers globally by participating in the regulatory hold system that ensures blocks are released for orders once regulatory hold criteria is met for the assigned territory. /p pImproving, simplifying, and executing design work while creating and managing data for the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) is central to the role. Common software utilized for the position are Microsoft Office programs, navigation of Windows Explorer folders, Adobe PDF, and UL WERCs. Additional experience with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, NiceLabel, and general graphic design methods a premio but not mandatory. /p h3ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liLabel Graphics Coordinator must be trained and proficient in at least one of these two core competencies: ul liMaintain general image templates that are used to generate item specific label images. /li liReview Safety Data Sheet and other sources for data aligning with the label(s), i.e., Label Proofing. /li /ul /li liHandle building externally manufactured labels and coordinate with the Manager, Label Graphics Specialist, Hach Purchasing associate, and the supplier for the order. /li liAssist in improving processes by revising work instruction, taking instructional photos, and other coordinator responsibilities. /li liOwn and manage GHS SOP/WI. /li liSupport the team to ensure objective’s meets. /li liManage Regulatory change notices from Chemical compliance. /li liFacilitate communication with other stakeholder (initial calls, answering standard questions, etc.) /li liEnsure weekly productivities completion Dashboards. /li liUse VES tools and apply them to specific projects as required. /li liMaintain data interface tools and information exchange between different HACH teams. /li /ul h3OTHER NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS /h3 ul liColloborate with other Label Graphics team members to resolve challenges and improve current processes to support operations. /li liBuild data and work with Label Graphics team members to ensure targets are met. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liAssociate’s degree strongly encouraged, bachelor’s degree a plus /li liMust have demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF. /li liAble to navigate Agile, electronic QMS, experience preferred. /li liSelf-motivated and able to work independently. /li liExperience in working as part of a global team. /li liWork experience abroad would be a plus. /li liExcellent English language skills. /li /ul h3SKILLS /h3 ul liOrganize, follow, and update process steps. /li liRecognize opportunities for aesthetic improvements once regulations are followed. /li liTeam collaboration and support. /li liDesire for Continuous Improvement. /li /ul pAt Veralto, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace and throughout the markets we serve.
