Job purpose

be the owner of the business, act as a brand ambassador and lead the store to achieve overall performance targets.

Responsibilities

- drive and maximise sales performance, develop business plans and exceed kpis
- represent the company on the local market, attract new clients and build loyalty
- be present on the sales floor, ensure excellent client service and foster omni‑channel initiatives
- manage store budget, control expenses and oversee cash, inventory and logistics reporting
- develop a client‑centric mindset, implement clienteling initiatives and organise events
- lead, coach and grow the store team, ensure succession planning and professional development
- collaborate with visual merchandising, retail operations and events teams to optimise store presentation

Knowledge and skills

- strong leadership and team management abilities
- excellent customer service orientation and ability to welcome clients
- market and product knowledge in luxury fashion
- retail management degree or equivalent is a plus
- fluent spoken english; additional languages desirable

Compensation

annual gross salary between €60,000 and €70,000.
