The person will work in support of clients, technical specialists, Pre-Sales, and Project Managers, operating on hardware and software systems intended for television studios and video distribution platforms via CDN, satellite, and digital terrestrial.
* Support clients, technical specialists, Pre-Sales, and Project Managers in managing activities and reporting on the interventions carried out.
* Contribute to designing video solutions and architectures for new and existing clients, providing technical consultancy on digital television systems and content distribution.
* Install, configure, test, and maintain broadcast systems, hardware components, software, and accessory devices.
* Diagnose issues and provide technical support for video systems, progressively entering the on-call service once full operational autonomy is achieved.
* Collaborate with international suppliers, participating in online courses and seminars to deepen knowledge of technologies and portfolio solutions.
* Participate in technical meetings with prospects, clients, and partners, contributing to the analysis of needs and the definition of solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
