YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Define the embedded software roadmap aligned with company strategy, market trends, and regulatory requirements
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements, translating insights into new product opportunities
* Translate market needs into product requirements and prioritize the software backlog together with R&D; teams
* Collaborate with Engineering, Validation, Service, Sales, and Marketing throughout the software lifecycle to optimize cross-functional processes, ensure alignment, and communicate development status, timelines, and releases effectively
* Support the creation of technical documentation such as user guides and software manuals, including release notes and knowledge bases
* Develop customer-facing material, sales enablement content, and deliver product presentations and training sessions both for sales and customers, when required
* Monitor software performance and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvements YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
* Degree in Electronics, Automation, Software, Industrial or Electrical Engineering
* Previous years of professional experience in a technical and customer-facing role
* Knowledge of the EV charging industry,EV charging technologies, OCPP, and charging protocols
* Familiarity with load and energy management, networking, and cybersecurity concepts
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
* Excellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian are a plus OUR COMMITMENT

* Total compensation starting from € 64.000 gross per year, including a 30% variable premio based on goal achievement
