Supervision and Quality Control:
Meticulously inspect guest rooms (arriving, occupied, and departing) and public areas to ensure absolute compliance with LQA standards and brand operating procedures Operational Coordination:
Manage the daily workflow by monitoring cleaning progress and coordinating the floor team to ensure optimal room release times, prioritizing based on VIP arrivals Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Maintain constant and transparent communication with the Front Office (regarding room status) and the Maintenance (Engineering) department for reporting and rapidly resolving technical issues Team Training and Support:
Work alongside operational staff, offering orientation, on-the-job training, and continuous support to maintain high levels of motivation, efficiency, and attention to detail Linen and Inventory Management:

Experience:
At least 1-2 years of previous experience in similar roles (Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant) gained within 5-star luxury hotels or resorts Industry Standards:
In-depth knowledge of international luxury standards and familiarity with Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) evaluation criteria Languages:
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a preferential asset Extraordinary attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Empathetic leadership, communication skills, and a strong team-oriented mindset Flexibility and availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, in line with the property's seasonality Benefits
