Our vibe
We're not just building software - we're building a mindset.
Here's what drives us every day:
Sustainability - Everything we do has to make a positive impact on people and the planet.
Holacracy - No old-school hierarchies. We believe in roles, not titles.
Lean thinking - If it's not useful to the customer, we don't build it.

Track everything in CRM
You won't have "hot" leads.
You won't have a marketing team warming up prospects for you.
But you'll learn a lot and grow fast.

Ease in talking to people and digging for insights
Proficiency in Italian and a good level of English (written and spoken)
