• Role: Backoffice Specialist / Legal Support Professional
• Key Focus: Non-client facing You will not deal directly with passengers or clients. Instead, you will liaise with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEB) to manage passenger rights cases and resolve regulatory situations before they reach court.

• Shift Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Portuguese Time) Compensation & Benefits

Salary:
1,100€ per month (paid over 14 months)
• Meal Allowance: 7.63€ (net) per working day
• Performance Bonus: 175€ per 11 months
• Attendance Premio: 75€ per 11 months Relocation Support

• Native or fluent proficiency in Italian
