The Quality Plant Manager will oversee quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards within the industrial/manufacturing sector. This role is based in Avellino and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in quality management.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement the Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 and business objectives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all functions
- Lead internal and external audit activities, managing relationships with certification bodies
- Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee non-conformities, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Manage supplier quality, including evaluation, qualification, and audits
- Ensure control of processes, documentation, and product quality from incoming materials to final release
- Promote data-driven decision-making through the use of statistical tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and technical teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team

Requisiti:

A successful Quality Plant Manager should have:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experienceSignificant experience in Quality roles within manufacturing/industrial environmentsStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management SystemsExperience in leading audits and managing certification processesSolid understanding of production processes and quality control methodologiesProven leadership and team management skillsStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with statistical tools and quality methodologiesProficiency in MS Office and quality-related IT systemsEnglish proficiency: B2/C1 level
