About the Position We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance efforts within a fast-paced, agile environment in the insurance industry. In this role, you will work closely with developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in manual and automated testing, deep experience with integration testing for financial and accounting systems, and the leadership skills to keep cross-functional teams aligned on quality. Responsibilities
• Lead testing efforts in collaboration with developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze requirements to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases.
• Plan and perform integration testing, with a strong focus on financial and accounting systems.
• Apply QA methodologies within agile workflows
• Manage test cases, bug tracking, and related workflows using Azure DevOps and source code management tools.
• Prioritize and deliver stories and tasks independently.
• Identify, document, and communicate bugs and risks to the team and stakeholders.
• Articulate technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Provide clear reporting on testing progress and quality status.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to keep pace with fast-moving projects and deliver high-quality products to the customer. Requirements
• 6+ years of industry experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• 3+ years of experience as a Test Lead working with developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, including agile, with demonstrated experience in automation testing roles.
• Experience in Playwright
• Extensive experience with integration testing, especially for financial and accounting systems.
• Strong hands-on experience analyzing requirements and developing and executing test cases.
• Proven experience in the insurance domain.
• Experience with test management tools, specifically Azure DevOps, as well as bug tracking and source code management tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have
