Opening in October 2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental. Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita: elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian. The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome. As a Breakfast Attendant, your responsibilities will include: Buffet Preparation and Setup Set up and arrange the breakfast buffet according to the hotel’s standards. Set tables for guests following established procedures. Prepare hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, juices, etc.). Check the freshness and quality of all items served. Cook or reheat certain products (pastries, bread, eggs, etc.). Follow hygiene and food safety standards. Guest Service Welcome guests courteously and professionally. Clear and clean tables after guests depart. Clean and organize the buffet area and breakfast dining room. Maintain and sanitize kitchen equipment. Manage stock and report any replenishment needs. Early morning shifts. Passionate about the hospitality industry, you ideally have some prior experience in the field and are eager to take on an autonomous role. Strong sense of service and hospitality. Knowledge of food hygiene standards (HACCP). Experience in restaurants or hotels is a plus. You communicate easily with both teams and guests, using appropriate and professional communication skills in Italian and English. Benefits Training and career development opportunities.
