With 37 thoughtfully designed rooms, the hotel offers a modern, vibrant stay blending comfort, style, and local character. Room categories range from Solo and Essential to Deluxe rooms with terraces and Junior Suites. At the heart of the experience is the “Social Cloud” — a dynamic space designed for connection, co-working, and curated guest experiences. The hotel also offers a grab-and-go breakfast concept, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a relaxed, community-driven atmosphere. More than just a place to stay, Cloud 7 Roma is designed as a social hub for modern travellers looking to connect with the city and its culture. Within walking distance of iconic landmarks such as the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and historic piazzas, surrounded by vibrant streets, culture, and authentic Italian lifestyle. Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing with accuracy. Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments to meet guest needs. Follow front office procedures and standards for service, safety, and compliance. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the PMS. Build positive relationships with guests by providing attentive and personalized service. Use hotel systems and digital tools effectively to manage reservations and guest services. Share guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a Front Office/Reception role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Knowledge of PMS and front office systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar) is a plus. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Previous experience with Opera Cloud is strongly desired. Fluent in English and Italian. Initial Contract 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position. Working Schedule 8-hour shifts per day
