About the Role
We are seeking anApplication Engineerto join our team and provide expert support for the integration and implementation of our products into client systems. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our solutions meet customer requirements and are effectively integrated into their environments. Key Responsibilities
- Providepre-sales and post-sales technical supportto customers, ensuring successful implementation of products.
- Collaborate with thesales teamto provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during theproduct integration processand provide troubleshooting support.
- Customize and configuresoftware and hardware solutionsto meet the specific needs of clients.
- Provide training to clients onproduct features, best practices, and effective use of solutions.
- Work withengineering teamsto communicate customer requirements and feedback for product improvement.
- Develop and maintaintechnical documentation, including user manuals, knowledge base articles, and configuration guides.
- Conductproduct testing, ensuring compatibility with customer systems and environments.
- Stay up to date on the latest product features, industry trends, and customer needs to offer informed recommendations.
- Assist indeploymentandonboardingof customers, ensuring smooth transitions from installation to operational use.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree inEngineering,Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in anapplication engineeringortechnical supportrole, preferably with complex software or hardware products.
- Strong understanding ofsoftware systems,network configurations, andproduct integration processes.
- Experience withscripting languages(e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Excellentproblem-solving skillsand ability to think critically when faced with technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work directly with customers, offering solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
