Brand Business Manager - Data Center

Arrow is looking for a Brand Business Manager - Data Center to join our Microsoft team in Italy.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of a portfolio of strategic Data Center vendors through Arrow’s channel ecosystem. Acting as the key point of contact for assigned vendors, you will combine vendor relationship management, business development, and commercial execution to support revenue growth and expand market opportunities.
Working closely with vendors, channel partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, you will develop growth strategies, drive pipeline generation, and execute go-to-market initiatives. The role will focus on a portfolio of leading Data Center technologies, including data protection, storage, backup, AI infrastructure, and server solutions from vendors such as Commvault, Infinidat, Quantum, Supermicro, and other strategic partners.
What will you be doing?
- Managing and developing a portfolio of strategic Data Center vendors, including technologies related to storage, data protection, backup, AI infrastructure, and server solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Creating and executing business plans to drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and market expansion.
- Coordinating sales and marketing activities to support business development initiatives and vendor objectives.
- Managing forecasts, pipeline reviews, business performance, and vendor commitments.
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting demand generation activities across the partner ecosystem.
- Providing market intelligence and recommendations to support growth strategies.
- Working closely with sales, pre-sales, marketing, and vendor teams to ensure successful execution of go-to-market initiatives.
- Tracking business performance, opportunities, and action plans to achieve targets.
- Preparing and presenting business reviews, forecasts, and strategic updates to vendors and internal stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
- University degree or relevant professional experience in business, sales, IT, technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Data Center technologies such as storage, data protection, backup, AI infrastructure, server, virtualization, or cloud solutions.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
- Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, business planning, and sales performance analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Business fluency in Italian and English.
- Availability for regular business travel across Italy.
- Experience in the IT industry, preferably within the Data Center ecosystem, IT distribution, channel sales, or vendor management.
- Existing network within the Italian IT market would be a plus.

Annual Hiring Range
Annual Hiring Range (for a full-time employee)
38,000 to 54,946 EUR
Base Salary Hiring Range
28,149 to 40,702 EUR
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
