pSenior IC Lead - Analog / Mixed-Signalbr/bMilan, Italy | Hybrid | Semiconductor / AI /b /p pMRL Consulting is working with anb innovative early-stage semiconductor and AI company based in Milan, developing a new generation of ultra-low-power AI technology for edge applications. /b /p pThe company is now moving from successful silicon development into an exciting productisation and scale-up phase, and is looking for a Senior IC Lead to take ownership of its silicon execution and help shape its next generation of hardware. /p pThis is an opportunity for an experienced Analog / Mixed-Signal IC Designer who wants to remain hands-on while taking genuine technical leadership responsibility. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs Senior IC Lead, you will take ownership of IC development from architecture through to tape-out, silicon bring-up and productisation. /p pYou'll lead a small IC team while remaining deeply involved in the technical work yourself. /p pYour responsibilities will include: /p ul liLeading and contributing to analog and mixed-signal IC design /li liTaking silicon programmes from architecture through tape-out /li liDriving design decisions across multiple silicon revisions /li liSchematic design and layout review /li liPVT and Monte Carlo analysis /li liVerification and sign-off /li liSilicon bring-up, debug and characterisation /li liWorking with foundries, EDA providers, packaging, test and external partners /li liConsidering manufacturability, testability, yield and product requirements /li liLeading and developing a small, highly technical IC team /li liContributing to the company's future silicon roadmap /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 pYou'll ideally have:
