Intervieweb cerca una risorsa per fornire supporto tecnico agli utenti e gestire problematiche hardware, software e infrastrutturali. Sarà coinvolta nella gestione di incident, service request e relazioni con fornitori.
La risorsa lavorerà sull’implementazione e manutenzione di dispositivi degli utenti (PC, stampanti, smartphone e tablet) e supporterà le diverse funzioni IT per garantire continuità operativa.
