Already known for our work alongside Slitherine on the Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector franchise, we are currently expanding our team to tackle an exciting new lineup of projects. We are looking for a strong technical pillar to strengthen our development team and help shape the future of our games. /p h3WORK ENVIRONMENT RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pAs a Senior Programmer, you will take a crucial role in the game's technical foundation, working closely with our existing Lead Developer. Your day-to-day will involve: /p ul libSoftware Architecture Codebase Maintenance: /b Designing from scratch robust, scalable systems and maintaining a clean, optimized codebase for large-scale projects. /li libPrototyping: /b Rapidly implementing and iterating on new gameplay mechanics and features. /li libCode Quality: /b Conducting Code Reviews through Pull Requests to ensure high standards across the team. /li libAgile Environment: /b Working within an AGILE (Scrum-based) framework, collaborating cross-departmentally with Designers and Artists. /li libMentoring: /b Sharing knowledge, guiding, and supporting other programmers within the tech team. /li /ul h3WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul libExperience: /b 5+ years of professional experience as a Game Developer, with at least 1 released commercial game. /li libCore
Skills:
/b Strong proficiency in C#, C++,
and OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) principles. /li libEngines: /b Advanced knowledge of Unity and solid experience with Unreal Engine. /li libTechnical Mastery: /b Deep understanding of game development principles, graphics pipeline, debugging, and advanced optimization techniques. /li libMindset: /b Excellent analytical skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and a team-player attitude. /li libLanguage: /b Working proficiency in English (both written and verbal). /li libEducation: /b Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. /li /ul h3WHAT
