Splendido, A Belmond Hotel in Portofino sits in the hills overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio. We seek a Chef de Partie to join Villa Beatrice and contribute to our luxury kitchen team, delivering impeccable service for the 2027 season.

Start date March 2027, end October 2027, with a pathway for future seasons. You will lead cooking for service, maintain HACCP standards, supervise a Demi or Commis de Partie, and collaborate with a dedicated team to exceed guest expectations.
