We are looking for an experienced and motivated Closer with a proven track record in closing complex sales. Are you a results hunter who loves turning opportunities into signed contracts and earning based on your merits? This is your chance.
The Mission of the Role:
You will be the final and decisive link in our sales chain. Your goal is to turn qualified appointments from the team into signed contracts, closing deals on high-value marketing projects. You will manage complex negotiations, overcome objections, and build solid relationships with clients, becoming a trusted consultant.
Main Activities:
- Manage and conduct sales calls/meetings with qualified warm leads.
- Persuade and present project details compellingly, aligning them with client needs.
- Handle negotiations, overcome objections, and guide the client to close.
- Prepare commercial offers and contracts.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate synergistically with the Setter and Marketing teams to optimize the process.

Essential Requirements (We Are Looking for You If):
- You have proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in closing/sales roles (Closer, Account Executive, Senior Sales), preferably in B2B or services.
- You have a portfolio of successes and can articulate your closing rate.
- You possess excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills .
- You are resilient, results-oriented, and love the challenge of a target.
- You are autonomous, organized, and accustomed to working towards goals.
- Availability to dedicate at least 6-8 hours per day to maximize results.
