Delano London is seeking an exceptional supervisor to join the pre-opening Lana Lusa team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will help launch and run Lana Lusa, the all-day restaurant, while supporting the wider Food & Beverage operation. You’ll be highly visible on the floor, delivering warm, intuitive hospitality from breakfast through dinner.
You will lead shifts, coach the team, manage reservations and support VIP dining and events as part of the broader Delano London F&B; team.
