ROLE DESCRIPTION To support our growth, we are looking for of a Real Estate Sales Manager in the Siracusa, Ragusa, Catania and Taormina areas.
Whether you have a proven track record in business or a robust network of contacts, our brokers operate within a professional and international team, fostering a pleasant and dynamic atmosphere. We offer a motivating compensation package based on your role as a sales representative or sales agent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect for new properties using Italy Sotheby’s International Realty marketing tools.
- Establish and nurture a strong network of contacts, including prescribers, partners, and opinion leaders.
- Conduct high-end residential real estate property assessments within the agency sector.
- Organize and facilitate property viewings.
- Negotiate transactions while safeguarding the interests of all parties involved.
- Provide guidance and support to buyers and sellers throughout the sales process.
- Analyze the real estate market and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Participate in team meetings.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in sales techniques.
- Strong collaborative skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Exceptional listening skills.
- Rigorous work methodology.
- Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Discretion.
- Proficiency with Windows tools and the Office Suite.
