Job Summary
The British School of Milan is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Curriculum Manager
to lead, develop, and monitor the effective implementation of the British Curriculum across the school.
The role focuses on ensuring academic excellence, curriculum alignment, and continuous improvement in teaching and learning for a diverse, international student body.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the British Curriculum (EYFS, Primary, Secondary, IGCSE/A Levels).
Ensure curriculum compliance with British and international education standards.
Support and guide teachers in curriculum delivery, assessment, and differentiation.
Monitor teaching quality, learning outcomes, and academic progress across departments.
Collaborate with senior leadership on curriculum innovation and school improvement plans.
Analyse assessment data to inform curriculum planning and academic interventions.
Support accreditation, inspections, and quality assurance processes.
Organise curriculum-related professional development and training for staff.
