The role The Data Center Master Technician serves as the lead field technical expert for Carrier's data center cooling solutions across Europe, providing advanced support for commissioning, troubleshooting and critical escalations, while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, knowledge transfer and the continuous development of technical capabilities .
Key responsabilities Provide expert-level technical support for complex HVAC and data center cooling systems, including advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis.
Lead and support commissioning, start-up activities, and critical project milestones to ensure successful system deployment and performance.
Manage and resolve high-priority technical escalations, urgent customer issues, and complex field interventions across Europe.
Act as the primary technical liaison between customers, field technicians, service organizations, and Carrier engineering, quality, manufacturing, and product teams.
Ensure technical governance of field activities, aligning operational priorities and driving sustainable resolution of technical issues.
Deliver technical leadership, coaching, and knowledge transfer to develop local service capabilities and improve field expertise.
Standardize technical practices, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of best-in-class service processes.
