As a
Junior
Insurance Officer
, you will join the
Chief Transition & Financial Officer
function , where you will contribute to the support activities of the Business Units in managing the recovery of damage suffered by assets due to third parties or natural events.
Main activities:
Coordinate with loss adjusters in assessing the cause of the loss
Collect the accident report and all the documentation necessary to prove and quantify the damage
Prepare letters of formal notice to third parties responsible for the damage and their insurers and all subsequent correspondence
Maintain relationships and set up negotiations with third parties directly
Provide for the implementation of the dedicated database
Provide digital archiving of any paper documentation received and/or sent (paperless)
Support the unit in claims management with particular attention to legal and contractual issues not only in insurance matters
Manage claims litigation in coordination with Eni's legal unit
Managing litigation information flows with the group captive
Required characteristics:
Master's degree in economics or engineering, candidates with different qualifications may be considered based on experience in the role
Up to three years of experience, preferably gained in managing insurance activities in corporate contexts
Good knowledge of the English language

San Donato Milanese, Rome

Permanent employment contract / professional apprenticeship
Our reference national collective labor agreement is the Energy and Oil CCNL
We offer a starting gross annual salary starting from €43,000.
In the case of a professional apprenticeship contract, the percentage of remuneration provided for by the CCNL will be applied
The final offer will be formulated in accordance with the professional experience, technical and transversal skills possessed by the resource, functional for the role and appreciable by the company.
