Page Executive
The COO will partner closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Ownership in the day-to-day management of the company, acting as a key bridge between shareholders and the organization's core business functions.
- Lead and oversee operational activities, ensuring the achievement of business, quality, and efficiency objectives.
- Manage and develop an organization of approximately 150 employees, including a nationwide commercial network.
- Ensure effective integration and coordination across Operations, Service, Logistics, Branches, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement and Human Resources.
- Monitor and optimize processes, planning tools, and performance management systems.
- Support organizational development initiatives and strengthen internal managerial capabilities.
- Partner with Ownership in the execution of strategic initiatives and growth projects, including potential integration and acquisition activities.
- Identify and implement operational and organizational improvement opportunities to support business growth.
- Maintain a strong field presence, working closely with employees, customers, and operational teams.
