We are looking for a motivated and reliable Breakfast Cook / Breakfast Preparation Staff Member to join our hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize the daily breakfast service, including sweet and savory options.
- Prepare freshly cooked breakfast dishes and manage the breakfast buffet.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Monitor food storage and comply with food safety regulations (HACCP).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and preparation areas.
- Collaborate with the restaurant and service team to ensure an efficient and enjoyable guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to independently organize and manage breakfast preparation.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and punctuality.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
Working Conditions & Benefits
- Working hours: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
- Working days: 6 days per week, with one fixed day off each week.
- Salary: €1,300 net per month.
- Additional benefits: Severance pay (TFR), paid annual leave, accrued paid time off (ROL), 13th-month and 14th-month salary payments are provided separately from the stated net monthly salary, in accordance with the applicable employment contract.
- Meals and accommodation may be available, subject to agreement during the interview.
