For ourTrade Marketing team, we are looking for a Category Management Specialist OOH& Traditional Trade who will contribute to the profitable development ofthe Out of Home, Traditional Trade, and Travel channels, supporting the growthof the Loacker brand and distributed brands through commercial, promotional,and customer development activities.
Main Responsibilities Drive the development of the Out of Home, Traditional Trade, and Travel channels by identifying growth opportunities and new business potential
Define and implement promotional activities, canvasses, booking mechanics, and incentive programs dedicated to customers
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build commercial and customer development plans aimed at increasing volumes and profitability
Develop trade activations, POS materials, displays, and solutions tailored to the specific needs of different channels
Manage tailor-made projects and initiatives for strategic customers, participating in dedicated meetings together with the sales force
Analyze the performance of implemented activities and support commercial decision-making through data analysis, market insights, and profitability assessments
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Supply Chain to ensure the effective planning and execution of market initiatives
Support the sales team in the field and during commercial meetings by presenting promotional mechanics and activations, while collecting valuable feedback for the continuous improvement of activities
Your Profile Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Approximately 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Marketing roles, preferably within the FMCG industry
Strong analytical skills, a business-oriented mindset, and a focus on profitability
Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills
Creativity,
problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, and strong collaboration skills
Willingness to travel within Italy on a monthly basis

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, the startingsalary for this position is €37,000 gross per year. Depending on yourqualifications, professional experience, skills, and the scope ofresponsibilities you bring to the role, the final compensation package may beadjusted accordingly.
