As Portfolio Sales Advisor, you will partner with CEOs and Heads of Sales across a SaaS portfolio to diagnose gaps in go-to-market and accelerate leadership development.
You embed with one or two companies to uplift ICP, segmentation, pipeline, and forecasting, driving durable improvements.
This role focuses on coaching rather than owning a P&L;, delivering impact by building capable sales leaders and scalable practices.
You bring modern sales discipline to a portfolio, creating lasting value across businesses.
Diagnose GTM across one or two portfolio companies, assessing ICP, segmentation, pipeline, forecasting, and revenue leaksCoach and build with CEOs and Heads of Sales to implement lasting improvements rather than handing over artifactsDevelop sales leaders within client companies, elevating performance rather than replacing themTransfer and apply best-in-class sales practices across the portfolio to amplify what worksProvide honest,
