About the Role
The Proposal Engineer role offers strong opportunities for professional growth by addressing cross-functional topics on a daily basis, ranging from technical and commercial aspects to production and quality. This position allows you to develop a complete understanding of projects, from customer requirements to production and delivery, providing a true 360-degree view of the business. Role Description and Responsibilities
• Support the Sales team in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals
• Analyse project and bid specifications to define the scope of supply
• Develop technical solutions in line with customer requirements
• Prepare cost estimates and pricing input
• Perform basic engineering activities, including sizing calculations and techno-economic optimizations
• Interface with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams during the proposal phase
• Support business development and customer relationship management during bidding, negotiation,
and early project execution phases
• Support the Project Manager and the Project Engineer during the early stages of project execution Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• Strong technical skills and an engineering mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both within and outside the Company
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Availability for business trips
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• 2+ years of experience in Sales or Engineering is a plus

What We Offer
• Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €35,000 – €45,000, depending on the candidate’s experience, technical skills, and professional background
