Hotel La Palma, Capri’s historic luxury property, invites applications for a Pastry Commis Chef to join Casa Tua's pastry team. Reporting to the Pastry Chef, you will assist with the daily preparation of desserts, baked goods, and pastry items in a demanding luxury setting.
You'll help with mise en place, ensure quality and presentation, maintain HACCP compliance, keep a tidy workstation, and support stock rotation. Prior pastry kitchen experience is preferred, or relevant culinary training.
