Position Overview
- Role: Backoffice Specialist / LegalSupport Professional
- Key Focus: Non-client facing You will not deal directly with passengers or clients. Instead, you will liaise with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEB) to manage passenger rights cases and resolve regulatory situations before they reach court.
- Language Requirements: Fluent in Italian & Proficient in English
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal
- Work Model: On-site
Schedule & Hours
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
- Shift Hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (Portuguese Time)
Compensation & Benefits
- Gross Salary: 1,100€ per month (paid over 14 months)
- Meal Allowance: 7.63€ (net) per working day
- Performance Bonus: 175€ per 11 months
- Attendance Premio: 75€ per 11 months
Relocation Support
- Relocation Package Provided: Comprehensive support included to help you seamlessly move and settle into Lisbon
Key Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in Italian
- Strong working knowledge of English
- Background or strong interest in administrative support, legal communications, or regulatory case handling
- Motivation to work on-site in Lisbon
