We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Customer Service Consultant to support business users during the transition to SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on Customer Service and Sales & Distribution processes. The consultant will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the ERP implementation team, ensuring business continuity, successful user adoption, and effective execution of Go-Live and Hypercare activities.
Customer Service Process Support
Support day-to-day Customer Service operations during the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Assist users in executing critical business processes and resolving operational issues.
Ensure business continuity throughout implementation, Go-Live, and stabilization phases.
The consultant will provide expertise in:
- Customer Order Management
- Order Entry and Processing
- Shipment Follow-up
- Invoicing Processes
- Customer Master Data Management
- Price List Management
- Inventory Management (consignment stock, trunk stock, local stock replenishment)
- SAP ATP (Available-to-Promise) configuration support and business validation Reporting
Business Requirements
- Gather and document reporting requirements.
- Define key business KPIs, reports, and analytics needs.
- Support data collection, validation, and reporting design activities.
Testing & Validation
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Participate in End-to-End testing activities.
- Review and validate test scripts and test scenarios.Coordinate business users during testing cycles.
- Identify and escal process gaps or deviations.
Data Migration Support
- Validate migrated master and transactional data.
- Assist business users during migration readiness assessments.
Training & Change Management
- Support Key Users and End Users during training activities.
- Facilitate user adoption of SAP S/4HANA processes.
- Provide post-training support and coaching
- Troubleshoot business process issues.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and project teams.
- Support Hypercare and stabilization activities following deployment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA deployments, upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Customer Service operations.
- Experience in process documentation, business analysis, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience as SAP business user or SAP functional consultant.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams

- Remote working arrangements
- Annual salary of between 50k and 58k, commensurate with experience
Place of work: Remote, willingness to travel to the Munich site if required
The selection process involves an HR interview and two technical interviews.
