Work Life Group is assembling a team of L1/L2 IT Support Technicians for an end-user laptop replacement program across NATO locations in Europe. You will deliver onsite support during handover, assist users with login and basic issues, and focus on end-user and deskside support rather than infrastructure.
Travel to assigned locations is required. Deployment runs for 1–4 project weeks per location, with ongoing Run Phase duties at select sites.
