Auberge Collection offers a Management Development Program (MDP), a 12-month, on-property paid training and development path with 80% work and 20% professional development. It splits into Phase 1 for service and department knowledge and Phase 2 for leadership and soft-skills development.
After completion, participants are considered for management or assistant management roles based on availability and relocation willingness.
