In this Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) role you will :
* Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;
* Engaging Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers
* Manage and support process improvement projects
* Implement and monitor KPIs
* Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;
* Managing continuous improvement opportunities,
addressing necessary actions;
* Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management; The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
* At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry.
* Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;
* Good knowledge of the English;
* Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
* Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;
* Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
