Missions: The Assistant Executive Housekeeper Intern supports the Housekeeping leadership team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort throughout the hotel. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in luxury hospitality operations while developing a strong understanding of quality assurance, team coordination, inventory management, and guest service excellence.
Working closely with the Duty Manager and operational teams, the intern assists in monitoring service standards, supporting daily departmental activities, and contributing to the delivery of an exceptional guest experience.
Profile:
The ideal candidate is a hospitality student or recent graduate with a strong interest in housekeeping operations and luxury hotel management. Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, the Assistant Executive Housekeeper Intern gains exposure to both the operational and administrative aspects of the department.
Throughout the internship, the candidate supports room and public area quality inspections, inventory controls, supply management, and departmental administrative tasks. The role also provides insight into team coordination, service standards, scheduling processes, and interdepartmental collaboration, fostering a comprehensive understanding of housekeeping operations within a luxury environment.
The successful candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, collaborate with multicultural teams, and maintain high standards of professionalism is essential.
Advanced English is required to communicate confidently and professionally with international guests and colleagues, supporting seamless collaboration and the delivery of exceptional luxury hospitality standards.
