Role & responsibilities
* Ensure production targets and dispatch commitments are achieved as per business plan.
* Control plant operational cost and FG cost per MT (CPMT).
* Monitor and reduce material wastage across RM, Semi-Finished Goods, Finished Goods and Packaging.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and process optimization.
* Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient production planning and timely dispatch.
* Maintain healthy industrial relations with workers, and contract labour.
* Manage overall preventive and breakdown maintenance. Preferred candidate profile

- BE (Mechanical)
* Experience
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
* Product knowledge
