We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead our Customer Order, Production Planning and Purchasing teams at the Šiauliai manufacturing site. Your
key responsibilities
Lead the Production Planning, Procurement, and Customer Service teams. Ensure effective production capacity planning and on-time customer order fulfillment. Manage and continuously improve planning, purchasing, and order fulfillment processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions. Foster strong collaboration between Production, Supply Chain, and other business functions.
- Secure optimal purchasing outcomes in terms of cost, quality, and delivery. Promote Lean principles and a culture of continuous improvement. Develop team capabilities, strengthen employee competencies, and build a strong leadership culture. Represent Metso in international projects and collaborate with global teams.
What we expect from you Higher education, preferably in Engineering, Technical, or Manufacturing Management fields. At least 3 years of leadership experience in production planning and supply chain management. Strong understanding of the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from procurement and inventory management to customer delivery. Experience working with SAP (preferred) or other ERP systems. Knowledge of Lean principles and process improvement methodologies. Ability to make data-driven decisions and effectively manage KPIs. Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
