The Product Specialist supports the Product Management team in collecting and organizing market inputs, analysing competitors’ products and contributing to the preparation of materials that help define product priorities and roadmap initiatives. /p pWorking cross-functionally with RD, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Quality, the Product Specialist helps ensure product information is accurate, accessible and aligned across stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement initiatives on Quality, Cost and Delivery. /It requires passion for creating best-in-class solutions, flexibility and strong time management skills. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the collection, consolidation and organization of market requirements, customer feedback and internal inputs /li liPerform competitor benchmarking (features, positioning, pricing, documentation, comparisons)
/li liCreate and maintain product documentation (datasheets, presentations, internal product notes, release updates) /li liSupport product lifecycle activities (launch readiness, internal alignment, training materials, change communication) /li liPrepare analyses and reports (market trends, product performance, QCD insights) /li liCoordinate follow-ups and action tracking across stakeholders to ensure timely execution /liliContribute to alignment with distributed teams and participate in product-related meetings with global stakeholders /li /ul h3Requisiti /h3 ul liExperience in a product-related, technical-commercial or analytical role (e.g., Product Support, Technical Marketing, Application Engineering, Sales Support, RD interface roles) is a plus /li liStrong cross-functional collaboration attitude and ability to work in a team /li liCurious and passionate about electromechanical disciplines /li liAwareness of how HVAC/R solutions impact the environment /li liProactive,
