Key Responsibilities

- Manage communication via telephone, email, and chat, maintaining the brand’s high standards of quality.
- Process service requests and warranty inquiries accurately within the consumer electronics support portal.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized solutions and product recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest Miele technological advancements and product innovations to ensure expert-level assistance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
- Professional proficiency in English to communicate within our international office environment.
- Valid EU passport or residency permit in Greece.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the consumer electronics or luxury goods sector.
