Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will be pivotal from booking through departure, supporting the reservations process, resolving issues, and upholding LQA standards to ensure an impeccable guest experience.
The role requires 2-3 years in luxury hotel Front Office/Back Office, excellent planning and multitasking, and fluency in Italian and English (French a plus).
