Responsibilities:
/b /h3 ul liAnalyze existing computer systems and networks to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system upgrades or modifications. /li liDocument system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and training. /li liMonitor system performance and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality. /li liProvide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff on system usage and best practices. /li /ul h3bRequired Skills
Qualifications:
/b /h3 ul liExperience with system analysis, including hardware and software evaluation and optimization.
