About Pillar
Founded in 2025, Pillar has grown to a team of roughly 75 people serving over 800 construction firms. Following a €15,2M funding round in 2026, we are now kicking off our international growth.
Our mission is to modernize construction management by integrating artificial intelligence, data analytics, workflow automation, and financial tools. Having established ourselves as a go-to partner for Italian SMEs, we are expanding into Spain, giving you the opportunity to shape our local market entry from the ground up.
The role
You make every country test measurable, comparable and on time. You own HubSpot, the funnel model and the gate reports that decide whether we go or stop in a country, and you get each new local sales hire productive fast. You report to the VP International Expansion.
What you will achieve in your first 6 months
- HubSpot pipeline and dashboard live on day 1 of every test
- Gate reports ready 48 hours before every Go/No-Go decision
- A standard funnel model used for every country, with loss reasons that explain why deals are lost
- Local sales hires productive within their first week
What you will do
- Set up and maintain HubSpot for each market: pipelines, properties, workflows, dashboards
- Track loss reasons and customer activation so every result is explainable
- Build and run the funnel model, the test budget and the gate reports
- Onboard new local sales hires: tools, scripts, playbook, CRM training
What you bring
- 4–7 years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM Ops
- HubSpot (or Salesforce) that you owned end to end, not only reported on
- Funnel and budget models in Sheets or Excel that leadership used to make decisions
- Experience onboarding sales teams to tools and processes
- Fluent English
