payments The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €35,000. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.

Professional Controlling (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Study financial and operational performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), reports, and management presentations, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-controlling activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial transparency and business performance.
- Perform variance analyses and support the definition of corrective actions.
- Contribute to the evaluation of investments, business cases, and profitability analyses.
- Support the continuous improvement and digitalization of controlling processes, tools, and reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Management Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Controlling, Finance or similar roles.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost analysis principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office 365 suite.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP; knowledge of Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions.
- Good command of the English language.
